How It Works

You have a printed card behind the cashier with a QR code that customers scan after purchasing something at your store.

- For every £250 spent at a store, the bot sends a 20% discount coupon to customers
- For every £1000 - 50%

Customers show coupons to a cashier and get their discounts.

Track Customers Based on Their Actions

Every time a new purchase takes a place, a cashier enters a date of purchase, the amount of purchase and attaches a receipt photo.

The bot saves the data in Google Sheets and transfers it to different sheets, so a store owner can track:
- customers who made a purchase
- customers who made a purchase and got a discount
- customers who spent £1000 and more and got a 50% discount

Password Protected Access

To validate the purchase a cashier must enter the correct password. If a wrong password entered three times, the account is blocking from adding new purchases.

Unlocking Mechanism

To unlock the bot and continue using the loyalty campaign, customers will have to scan a special QR code, available for administrators only.

Smart Follow-Up

Every time customers make a purchase, the bot subscribes them to a sequence that will send a message after 7 days saying:

“Hey {{First Name}}, we noticed that you didn’t come by for a while. Just wanted to remind you that the only {{Amount}} left to get your 20% or 50% off coupon”.

and increase repeat sales as a result. Then after getting a discount, the bot unsubscribes them from that reminder sequence.

Easy and Efficient for Your Customers

Customers can check their balance anytime. The bot calculates the balance and shows how many £ already spent at the store and how many £ left to get a 20% or 50% discount coupon.
