Our friends
Some of these we build ourselves at Botmakers, some belong to friends, and one is a newsletter our founder writes on weekends. Every link on this page is one we would send a colleague — nothing here is paid for and we take no submissions.

The three we spend most of our time on
Instafill.ai
Instafill.ai is an AI form filler for PDF and Word documents. Upload the form and the source material you already have — an intake packet, a contract, a previous filing, an email thread — and it reads the form's field structure, decides what belongs in each field, and completes the document end to end. Forms that run to hundreds of fields are the normal case, not the edge case.
- Understands the form itself, so it handles checkboxes, conditional sections and repeated blocks rather than only flat text inputs.
- Pulls answers out of unstructured source documents, which is the part that usually keeps a human in the loop.
- Shows its work per field, so a reviewer checks the answers instead of retyping them.
- Has an API and integrations for teams that want filling to happen inside their own workflow.
Hipa.ai
Hipa.ai connects patients in the United States with clinical trials that are actively recruiting. It indexes every recruiting study on ClinicalTrials.gov, makes them searchable by city and by condition, screens each applicant against the study protocol's own eligibility criteria, and hands qualified people to the research site running the trial. Browsing needs no signup.
- Paid trials are listed by location and condition, so "paid clinical trials in Austin" is an actual page rather than a search box.
- Screening uses the protocol's real inclusion and exclusion criteria, so sites receive applicants who plausibly qualify instead of raw form fills.
- Research sites get a portal with their waiting applicants; sponsors get recruitment that is measurable per study and per site.
- The data refreshes daily against the public registry, so listings track what is genuinely open.
InstaShare
InstaShare turns an AI coding session into a public link. Prompts, responses, tool calls and code are preserved in order, so the reader sees how the work actually unfolded rather than a screenshot of the final diff. No account is required to create a link or to read one.
- Redacts common secret patterns locally, before anything is uploaded — the redaction rules are readable and editable, not a black box.
- One command from inside the session; nothing to install into your repository.
- Useful as a bug report, a code review artifact, a teaching example, or evidence in a pull request.
Also worth your time
Copilot.us
A subscription bundle of small, focused AI apps for everyday business work — PDF tools, job-search assistants, writing and research helpers, image generation. Worth it if you would rather pay once for a shelf of tools than assemble a separate subscription per task.
Visit copilot.us →Resume Copilot
Resume tooling for job seekers, plus a developer-facing library for teams that need to parse and build resumes inside their own products. Close to home for us: a decent resume is usually the first blocker between a candidate and the job they should have.
Visit resumecopilot.net →BuildersHQ
Virtual coworking for distributed engineering teams: a free VS Code extension reports presence and shipping activity — commits, coding-agent runs — to a shared dashboard. It answers the question remote teams ask constantly and awkwardly, which is whether anyone else is heads-down right now.
Visit buildershq.net →Who Is Growing
A newsletter that tracks which AI companies are actually growing, using traffic data from SimilarWeb and Ahrefs rather than funding announcements. Written by our founder, Oleksandr Gamaniuk, and read by people who would rather see the curve than the press release.
Visit whoisgrowing.com →Sprinkles Stories
Illustrated bedtime stories for kids, generated from a few words a parent types — moral tales, animal adventures, and the sort of story that has to be told again the following night. The least work-related thing on this page, and the one most used at 8pm.

- What products does Botmakers build?
- Botmakers LLC is a software studio registered in Delaware, United States. Alongside the chatbot template marketplace on botmakers.net, the team builds Instafill.ai, Hipa.ai, InstaShare, Copilot.us, Resume Copilot and BuildersHQ.
- Which of these are yours and which belong to friends?
- The first three are ours and get most of our engineering time. The rest are a mix — some ours, some built by teams we know personally, one written by our founder on weekends.
- Is this list sponsored?
- No. Nothing here is paid for, there are no link trades, and we do not accept submissions. That is why the list is eight long instead of eight hundred.
- How do I get in touch?
- Email [email protected], or read more about the team on the about page.
